Wow, I've just read "Discover the health benefits of bananas", I've always loved bananas but I love them even more now, I've always tried not to eat too many as I was under the impression that they can cause constipation, but apparently not, which is brilliant news for me....
Among the three, my favorite is pineapple. The obvious benefits of pineapple are all the vitamins and minerals the fruit is loaded with. Its nutrients include calcium, potassium, fiber, and vitamin C. In addition it is low in fat and cholesterol.
