Employee led emission reduction programs

Hi everyone,

I read about this cool program from Swiss RE (Coyou2, google it as I cannot post links yet!) in which the company assigns amounts of money to help employees reducing their personal emissions.

I think this is a nice program that can tackle the often forgotten (by policy makers) issue of household emissions...

Do you know if there are any other program in place like this one?

I am considering writing my thesis about this topic and I would appreciate help from you guys!
