Absolutely. You cannot get any greener than Thorium, and I could prove it easily if I were allowed to post some links here! So just google Bob Greene, Thorium, Tutorial and give yourself an great crash course on the real future of energy in the world.

Thorium gives us 90 time more energy per ton than uranium with a mere fraction of the radiation and disposal issues, at half the cost and without the worry of nuclear weapons or a meltdown. Thorium is not only green, but safe and clean too!

Nuclear Energy depends on the environment. Hence we are not sure that nuclear is green. I think so

Nuclear being green... that's a loaded question. In my opinion, it isn't a green alternative. That's not to say that it's necessarily a bad choice - it is less wasteful than fossil fuels. But a "real green" solution in my mind wouldn't have such potential to swing the other way when something goes wrong. One nuclear explosion can ruin your whole day!

I agree. Nuclear power should exist. there is a safe place to dispose of radioactive waste.

I am against. Green or not green, like "Green Sight Consulting" said about Japan, we never know what might happen, and all this green control can turn into a natural disaster. I think we all are aware of them..right !?

Absolutely NOT Green...Nuclear is generated by breaking of atoms...Solar (which is Green) is just the opposite..so, Nuclear is just the opposite of Green...and Govts SAY that its green probably for their own benefits as Nuclear energy saves more MONEY
